| JURSEA deputation met dean academic affairs | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Mar 27 A deputation led by president JURSEA Vikas Sharma met dean academic affairs university of Jammu in favour of the long pending demand of streamlining the procedure of seminar/presentation at the time of submission and viva-voce and seminar at the arrival of reports from the external examiners of the scholars registered for M/Phill and Ph.D programmes in various disciplines. The authorities concerned has conceded to the demand of the scholars and assured that instead of giving two seminars/presentation research scholars has to give only one seminar/presentation. This will be very beneficial for the scholars community; it will save not only the time and effort but also reduce the financial burden on the part of scholars which they have to insure in many ways on seminars at pre submission and again at the time of viva-voce examination. The decision was taken in the meeting attended by the HOD’s of all the disciplines convenient by dean academic affairs. |
