A wide protest demonstration was held against failure of police authorities to apprehend murderers here at Satwari area today. Shouting slogan against authorities people alleged that offer the lapse of 24 hours no action has been taken by police to nab the murderers. Pertinent to mention here that a youth identified as Harvinder Singh S/o Ranjit Singh r/o Upper Gadigarh, a cable operator was murdered at Kullian area under the jurisidiction of Police station R.S. Pura. A case FIR number 33 under section 302 was registered in R.S. Pura police station. Cementing and whaling relatives of deceased demanded arrest of the murderers. They alleged that it was connivance of police that no murderer has been trapped so far. |
