| CB presents charge sheet against CAPD employee | | | Early Times Reporter

On the basis of information rendered by a sister agency, Crime Branch Kashmir registered case FIR No. 52/07 regarding entering fraud date of birth in service records by an employee of Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Department.
Investigation of the case unfurled that Muhammad Maqbool Bhat (Store Keeper in CAPD Department) S/o Abdul Ahad r/o Kalampora Pulwama has arranged a fake date of birth certificate reflecting therein his date of birth as 25.04.1968 when his actual date of birth is 25.04.1957. accordingly 25.04.1968 was entered date of birth in his service records which would entitle him to serve the department for excess service of eleven years than actual service period.
Charge sheet of the case has been presented against the said employee on 27.03.08 before the Hon’ble Court of Munsiff Pulwama. |
