The inmates of the institute and educated boys and girls of the area also participated in a sizable number. They were educated on the schemes designed in industrial sector with incentives and financial backup available through various commercial banks. He said the government has tailored schemes on the basis of raw material available locally for most of the activities. Manager, Estate, Hiranagar Abdul Qayum Lone dwelt on various facets of Prime Minister’s Rozgar Yojna, which envisages setting up of business establishments, service and industrial units by unemployed educated youth with various incentives like interest subsidy.
