CDF spent only on papers in Mahore: alleges Kousar

Expressing her concern over lack of basic amenities in Gulabgarh Mahore areas, PDP leader Mumtaz Koushar has alleged that funds meant for development of this backward area were utilized only on papers and there is no visible change on the ground.
Addressing series of public meetings at Shajroo, Bakthir, Mulas and Kalwa areas of Mahore constituency, Mumtaz Kousar expressed her grave concern over problems being faced by the residents of these areas and regretted that local representative has been claiming to have spent huge amount on the upliftment of the people but on ground people have been confronting with numerous problems. "Utilization of Constituency Development Fund (CDF) seems to be spent only on papers ", she observed and contested claims of the local MLA to accelerate developmental activities in this belt.
"There is no development on ground", she said and asked the people to strengthen PDP for their over all development. She said that PDP is committed for the development and upliftment of the neglected lot of the society.
She reminded the people that it is all due to the efforts of the PDP leadership that three high schools namely High School Channa, High School Balmatkote and High School Shajroo were upgraded as higher secondary.
PDP leader demanded construction of road from Shajroo to Bakthir via Idgah and appointment of teachers in schools. Pointing towards hardship being faced by the people, she demanded construction of roads from Angrala to Gulabgarh and Phalni to Pulbana to Narloo.
