| ‘Make Mufti’s forthcoming visit a historical event’, Tariq asks people | | | Early Times Reporter

Senior Peoples Democratic Party (PDP leader Mohammed Sharief Tariq has called upon the people to make the forthcoming visit of Party patron Mufti Mohammed Sayed to border district a historical event.
Addressing series of meetings at Thanamandi, Shadra Sharief, Berot, Fatehpur, Mehri, Ajamabad, Manjakot and Neli Kakod and other areas Tariq highlighted polices and programmes of the PDP and said that it is result of these policies that situation has been changing in the sub-continent in general and Jammu and Kashmir in particular.
Informing people about the visit of Mufti Mohammed Sayed in Rajouri, Tariq said that during his visit the former Chief Minister would announce the political manifesto of the PDP and give new programmes to the people. He said that during the last some years PDP has emerged as a force in Poonch and Rajouri and people have great expectation from PDP leadership.
"Future of the people of Jammu and Kashmir is secured in the hands of PDP leaders" he observed and called upon the people to strengthen PDP. He said that during his tenure as Chief Minister, Mufti Mohammed Sayed gave special attention to Poonch and Rajouri and it is all due to his special attention that many developmental projects were started in Rajouri district.
Nirman Singh, district secretary, Sajjad Tariq, zonal president, Mirza Mirwaiz, Sayed Raina, president municipality, Farooq Lone, Tariq Shawl, Qasim Choudhary, Shaheeda, Bashir Bhat and others addressed these meetings. |
