| LPG safety awareness camp held | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Mar 30 Indian Oil Corporation’s Indane in collaboration with army force wives welfare associations (AWWA) organized a various types of LPG safety awareness programme at Army units Nagrota during the month. More than 200 army house wives from each unit attended this usefull programme. A detailed lecture on LPG safety and conservation was delivered by Bharat Bhushan Sharma AM (LPG) Indian Oil Corporation and Narendar Sangrail of M/S unique Indane Sainik Colony. Wherein the stress was laid upon various parameters related to handling and safe use of LPG in day to day life. Importance of energy conservation and LPG safety was explained to the ladies. While welcoming the oil company official’s members of army wives appreciated the efforts of Indian Oil Corporation for conducting such educative programmes for the benefit of housewives. Area manger of Indian Oil Corporation Alok Upadya the main objective of organizing such programmes in collaboration with AWWA helps us in educating the army housewives who are generally residing in the far off areas of the border state. As such the message of LPG safety awareness is spread to different parts of out nation through army housewives. |
