Govt. institutions failed to fulfill aspirations of Jammuties AIBF

Raising voice the long standing issue of the demand holiday on the Parshu Ram Jayanti the all India Brahmin Federation (AIBF) of the Brahmin community here today.
Addressing a press conference, here today the presidents Prof. Devender Sharma welcome the recommendations regarding six pay commission which includes many concessions for the centre government employees, cancellation of many national holidays and increasing restricted holidays said the demand of holiday on Parshu Ram Jayanti would be met if Akshay Tritia is listed as restricted holiday. While criticizing the state government for adopting the distrumitative attitude over the people of Jammu he said, the most important institutions of the state namely, state public service commission, service selection board and board for professional examinations were failed to fulfill the aspirations of the people of Jammu as there remain only in favour of candidates belong to Srinagar and resisting in to many litigations over their selections. As the result the unemployment in Jammu region reaches to up to an alarming level of 70% while in Kashmir region it remain at low level of 30%. He further welcome the recent statement issued by the chairman, National Conference (NC) Dr. Farooq Abdullah, for peaceful and early settlement of the Kashmiri Pandits in the valley and for providing protection to the temples and the various Hindu shrines in the valley by constituting a shrine board the federation further warns the government to show the discriminative policies with the Jammuties other wise there would be situation of revolt against the bias and dishonest practicing of the administration. Among others organizations who raises their issues were, president Hotel and Restaurant, I.J Khajuria, president, Gandhi Nagar associations V.P Basotra, President Sikh Society S.Yash Pal Singh and Coordinator Rahul Gandhi Brigade Ram Pal Sharma.
