Vijay Bakaya, ex chief secretary of the Ira State in going to present a paper on global discourse on Kashmir at Brussels on April 2, 2008.
Kashmir Centre of European Parliament has organized the conference and has invited Bakaya to address the conference with regard to Kashmir. He is also a senior leader of National Conference, which he joined recently. |
