| SPO crushed to death, body fished out in Kangan | | | Early Times Reporter

While a Special Police Officer (SPO) died after he was hit by a BSF vehicle in the outskirts of Srinagar city, police fished out a body from power canal USHP at Kangan.
Informed sources told News Agency of Kashmir that a BSF vehicle (JK01J-0901) crushed a Special Police Officer (SPO) to death at Indira Gandhi road near STC BSF Humhama.
The deceased SPO has been identified as Ab Gani Dar son of Ghulam Rasool of Nowpora Chesma Shahi.
Meanwhile, a police fished out body of a 40 year old villager from power canal U.S.H.P 1st near fore bay Gate Kangan.
He was later identified as Mehmood Taidwa 40 year's son of Late Syed Alam of Gujjar Pati Thune Kangan.
Police initiated proceeding U/S 174 CrPC and handed over the body to the family of the deceased for last rites. |
