Army organizes Medical cum Vet camp

Army on Tuesday organsied a medical cum Veternary camp at village Kulali where in about 800 people of the area availed the facilities.
16 Rashtriya Rifles under the aegis of 6 Sector RR organized a Medical cum veterinary camp at village Kulali under the aegis of Romeo Force today.
Approximately 800 patients of different age groups from Faislabad, Bafliaz, Sangliani, Hill Kaka, Bunikhet, Jotivanwali and adjoining villages availed the facilities provided.
Eight doctors and 16 nursing assistants from the Army and J&K Health Department including four lady nursing assistants examined the patients and distributed medicines. The Tehsildar and block Medical Officer, Surankot also addressed the people.
Apart from the health related problems which were looked after by the medical agencies, there were many other stalls set up by the Army and other Government agencies.
The local appreciated the efforts of the Army towards health care and requested for conduct of more camps in future.
