| CONGRESS LEADER VIKAS DUTT HOLDS MEETINGS AT BORDER VILLAGES PINDI CHARKAN AND CHAK RAM DASS | | |
JAMMU: Young and Dynamic Congress leader Mr. Vikas Dutt today toured and held rigorous public meetings at the far-flung border villages Pindi Charkan and Chak Ram Dass falling under Bishnah constituency. Mr. Dutt has become very popular with the rural people and is making his party strong and working till the grass root level also enlightening the people about the developments and plans which Congress party is doing and will be doing in the coming future. He emphasized on the needs of rural areas which are falling short of basis necessities like irrigation water, electricity and also unbalanced supply of seeds and fertilizers, due to which they are getting a great economical set back.
Mr. Dutt told that he would fight for the youth living on the zero line and border areas to get employed under special quota and more education and medical facilities to be made available to these areas where life is becoming impossible to survive. He ensured the masses that Congress has just come into power and the predecessor parties who ruled this state has paralyzed the whole system, which he ensured is getting cured under the expertise of Jenab Gulam Nabi Azad.
During these meetings where many people were present and problems of the people of these villages were brought to notice of Mr. Dutt and issues like Land compensation for Mines and Relief's, which were pending since long. Even today the army is disrupting the poor farmers from cultivating their lands and they are fed up with it. Many people were deprived of BPL ration and have been ignored. Border Migrants of this constituency were still ignored and had tears in their eyes while speaking to Mr. Dutt, who was shocked over the state of this people. Most of the people said that they were deprived of their basic essentials and their lives have got paralyzed.
Mr. Vikas Dutt held meetings along with Rangeela Ram, Bihari Lal, Comrade Kura Ram, Bharat bhushan, Capt Janak Raj, Vikram, Buti Ram Bhagat, Amarnath, Jyoti Sharma, Bishan Paanch, Sanga Ram Saini, Subash Chander, Yash Pal Singh, Nath Ram, Batinder, and many others.
Mr. Dutt while addressing the meetings has made it clear that no other party than Congress can take people towards development and also provide security in the minds of public to stand by time in the time of need. Vikas, while addressing these meetings was taken aback to see how these people manage to live in such critical state and conveyed to them that he would work hard to bring back the faith of these people leaders and also said that Congress government is doing its best to upgrade the systems and also working towards the development of the state.
