| I&B review committee give clean shit to Shazadi Simon | | | Early Times Reporter

The review committee of the Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has given a clean hit to former Director Doordarshan Kendra Srinagar Shahzadi Simon who was earlier attached by Prasar Bharti for committing irregularities while awarding programmes to non professionals.
Official sources said that Shahzadi Simon, who is retiring ending this month, is expected to join the office and take over the charge as Director Srinagar Doordarsan on Wednesday. She fought a long battle and had petitioned Central Administrative Tribunal before her name was cleared by the review committee of I&B Ministry. |
