The working committee member’s of Adbi Kunj express gratitude to the vice-presidnet Dr. Hamid Ansari in issuing a portal stamp in memory of a renowned Urdu poet, israr-ul-Haq alias ‘Majaz-Lucknow’ at New Delhi recently.
Members also express grief over the demise of famous dance maestro of Pracheen Kala Kendra, Chandigarh, Madan Lal Kousar who expire some time back at Chandigarh.
During the meeting President Sham Talib moved a resolutions congratulated Smt. Raksha Sharma in releasing the ‘Sahpatra’ biography of her husband Yash Sharma a know figure in Dogri language.
In the poetic session, poems and ghazals were recited Nargis Sitara, K.K. Shakir, Talib Kashmiri, Babli Zutshi, Rajeshwar Bhakri, K.L. Deewana, A.K. Ganjoo ‘Sehar Ganderbali’, Chaudhary Idris Mohd Shaad, Daya Ram Daya, Chander Ved Prakash, Munil Lal Puri, Rajeev Kumar and Sham Talib.
The meet was chaired by a well known Dogri Commentator Madan Gopal Padha, while K.K. Shair was chief guest. |
