| BCDP deputation calls on governor | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Apr 5 A deputation of J&K Backward Classes Democratic Party (BCDP) led by its president Sheraz Azhari called on governor Lit. Gen. (retd) S.K Sinha here today and submitted a memorandum. Azhari on the occasion briefed the governor about the formation of BCDP, which has been recently registered of the election commissioner of India. He further said, that the main aim of the party is to strengthening of the democratic step up and extension of constitutional rights to the deserving people in J&K so that the results of educational, economic, and social justice, as a guaranteed by constitution of India, bring fruits and every person of the state is satisfied with our positive, constructive and legal activities. Our party executive have made it a point that its associates and legal activities. Our party executives have made it a point that its development of our state people with dignity and honour. He said our main aim and for which we have determined to identified every individual person and family in our state for development and fulfill the dreams of the Gandhi Ji, Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru and other leaders of our nation. We personally belong to working class category of our state and best know the problems of our common folk and the residents of our far flung areas and as such desire to project their demands in a democratic set up. On the occasion various demands were put forth before governor, which include implementation of Mandal commission recommendation in state. Fresh Survey for identification of families actually living below poverty line and employment to un employed youth etc. |
