Deputation of SP School calls on Advisor KK Sharma

Jammu, Jan 4: A deputation of Sunrise Public School a unit of Sunrise Educational trust, Channi Himmat Jammu met with Advisor to Governor Kewal Kumar Sharma in Civil Secretariat Jammu . Rajesh Sharma and Manpreet Kour founder trustee explained about the functioning of school and said we have started this school in 2012 with 7 boys and girls in total and now we have a strength of 187 students. Our school isupto primary. We are providing free uniforms free education free books, stationeries and refreshment to the weaker section of the society without any cast and creed.
Rajesh Sharma said now we are planning to go upto 12th class and will provide free education, lodging and boarding and after 12th students can go for other professional courses. At the same time we are planning to open Sunrise Senior Citizen Home to serve the senior citizens.
A memorandum for allotment of land has been submitted to him. Kewal Kumar Sharma listened to the deputation very carefully and appreciated the efforts by the management and said education plays a very important role in shaping the future of the children and assured all possible help for the noble cause. Other members who were present on the occasion were Suneel kar, Sonali wazir, Meena Dutta, Shalu Sharma and Shivani Dutta.
