Jammu, Jan 4: Choi Kwang Do Association J&K's team clinched One Gold, One Silver and 2 Bronze Medals in the 64th National School Games held at Durg Chhatisgarh, organised by the Government of Chhattisgarh under the aegis of Choi Kwang Do Federation of India under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and Indian Olympic Association. In the event Utkarsh Bhau, won Gold Medal in Under 14 Boys event, Aditya Koushal, Harshjot Singh, Vasu Dasgotra, Zahoor Bashir, Faheem, Palak won Bronze Medal in Under 14 Girls event. Avneet Kour, Payal Choudhary,Jasleen Kour,Anisha participated under 14, Boys and Girls.
Keshav Saini, Akshit Choudary, Malkeet Singh Bajwa won Silver medal in Under-17 Boys, Chettanya Sharma, Keshav Bakshi participated in Under 17 Boys, Priya Devi, Ishita Sharma, Mayank mahajan, prikshit Singh. Honey Sharma won Bronze Medal in U19 Boys, Ramnshu Gorka, Amit Kumar, Nitish Toga, Aman Sharma, Nikhil Saini & Sahil Gupta participated in U19 Boys, Girls from Jammu and Kashmir. An official while speaking on the occasion said that Choi Kwang Do association has decided to start special training of players who have participated in the National Games so that all the payers will won medal in the coming National Games. A higher official called for more participation of younger generation in this sports activity and asked the youth to take up sports to lead a healthy and disciplined life.
