CCI deputation calls on union finance minister

To highlight the negative impact of the notification regarding denying the benefits of excise exemption for the industrialist of the state in this regard a deputation of Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) calls on the centre minister for finance, P.N Bansal here today.
On this occasion, delegates of CCI led by general secretary, CCI, Rajinder Moti Lal also submits a memorandum of their demands. The delegates also holds the perspective the investors had shun their plans to invest in state. Due to the said notification, where as the striving economy of the state has been jotted by the decision of the finance ministry.
The Chamber further condemned actions of the present commissioner, central excise in state, who is denying the refund to the unit holders. The chamber has further appealed that entire state should be allotted specific khasra numbers to avoid all the confusion in future. Among others members of the delegation were J.K Mengi, Vikrant Kuthiala and Raju Chowdhary.
