| DC Kupwara conducts tour of Machil | | |
Srinagar, August 28 – District Development Commissioner, Kupwara conducted an extensive tour of Machil and took stock of ongoing development works. He was accompanied by engineers, officers and implementing agencies.
The District Develo0pment Commissioner was informed that under BADP, administrative block is being constructed an estimated cost of Rs 4.90 lakh during the current financial year while under district plan, Rs 53.03 lakh are being spent on various development works including construction of Machil–Poshwari road at a cost of Rs 15.50 lakh, Doda-Darhal Missri Bahak at the cost of Rs 10.50 lakh.
He was informed that under RSVY, Rs 25 lakh are being spent on soil conservation in the area.
