| MP couple blessed with Lakshmi in feet of Mata Vaishno Devi | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Apr 8 A baby who arrived in this world today, perhaps nothing could have better then seeing first light in the feet of Mata Vaishno Devi. A Madhya Pradesh couple which was on way back after offering obeisance at the revered case shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi was blessed with a baby. The girl child, which according to Hindu belief marks the arrival of Lakshmi, was born to the devotee when she along with her husband was visiting Bhairo Ghati temple after paying obeisance at the Mata Vaishno devi shrine this evening, sources said. According to official sources, a middle aged female from Madhya Pradesh delivered baby girl on the track between Sanjhi Chat and Bhairo Ghati on Tuesday evening. A devote pilgrim had developed labour pains enroute Bhairo Devi temple and fellow pilgrims helped her in delivering the child. With the blessings of Mata Vaishno Devi the mother did not face any medical complications as it was a normal delivery. The identity of the mother was not immediately known. Mata Vaishno devi shrine board officials when came to know about the pilgrims condition immediately rushed medical help and assistant to ferry her to the dispensary. After conducting a medical check up the pilgrim was referred to the Katra base camp for rest. Board authorities had made arrangements to shift her to the base camp in Katra for immediate medical care. The condition of the pilgrim is reported to be stable. |
