| AIGETOA to participate in April 15 protests | | | Early Times Reporter

All India Graduate Engineer Telecom Officers Association, (AIGETOA) J&K Circle has decided to participate in the protest dharma of Officers Association in the Union Capital on April 15.
In a press statement issued here on Thursday, J&K Circle Secretary of Association, Amrik Singh said that the graduate engineers telecom officers of Jammu and Kashmir Circle are going to participate in the protest dharna to stress for redressal of their problems. He said that AIGETO had already launched lunch- hour demonstrations in the month of February at CGMT/ GMTD offices and also handed over memorandum of legitimate demands through out the country but that didn't yield any fruit.
He demanded that pay scales at par with Engineer Trainees / Management Trainees of other CPSUsin similar manner as prescribed by DPE.
He further said that pension facility should be extended to BSNL recruited employees or pay scale to compensate the pension facility.
He demanded arrear of training stipend be paid immediately, EPF recovered from the retrospective date from employees be refunded.
He also demanded Inter circle transfer be considered before new recruitment and immediate withdrawal of promotions of non-qualified and non-eligible employees as per BSNL recruitment Rule. |
