| Trucks permitted to pass through city during Darbar move days | | | Early Times Reporter

A special Division Bench comprising Chief Justice KS Radhakrishnan and Justice Mansoor Ahmed Mir constituted to decide a CMP in the much publicized regulation of traffic in the state, after hearing Advocate General AH Naik and battery of lawyers, permitted the entry of trucks through city that are likely to be engaged by the government/High Court for shifting of records from Jammu to Srinagar due to Darbar move. The DB observed that nothing withstanding the directions to the contrary passed by the Division Bench in this PIL and disposed of CMP. JNF |
