Prima facie making a case against accused Haleema Bano under section 420 RPC, the Crime Branch today presented charge sheet of the case before the Court of law for judicial determination.
Acting on a written complaint from the Deputy Director School Education Kashmir alleging therein that Haleema Bano( Education volunteer RGS Centre Brinjan Zone Nagam Badgam) has simultaneously attended two courses during January- February 2004, the Crime Branch took up the investigation.
The investigations conducted revealed that the accused Haleema Bano had attended her practical classes during the month of February-March 2004 while undergoing her B. Sc course through IGNOU and at the same time showed her presence in the training institute at Badgam. She had fraudulently managed her attendance for undergoing programme of SSA and thereby committing offence of cheating.
On the basis investigation conducted and the evidence available on record a prima facie case u/s 420 was made out against the accused. |
