Jammu, Jan 29: Special Mobile Electricity Magistrate (Judicial Magistrate 1st Class) Pattan Amarjeet Singh Langeh took serious note of not paying the electricity dues of Block Medical Officer Tanmarg to the tune of Rs. 68,73,98/- and directed respondents to make payment of at least Rupees Thirty Lakhs by or before next date of hearing to the petitioner-department without any failure whatsoever.
Should respondent fail to comply this direction, this court, in that eventuality be left with no option but to order coercive measures for recovery of dues supra which may include a direction for freezing the operation of account head of respondent, Block Medical Officer and that of Commissioner Secretary-Health, Government of Jammu and Kashmir in their respective treasuries. |
