| Charges framed against Jt Dir Poultry, CAHO in illegal appointments | | | Early Times Reporter

Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu Mr Kartar Singh today framed charges against ON Raina, the then Joint Director Poultry Balicharana Jammu and BL Sharma the then Chief Animal Husbandry Officer(CAHO), Udhampur allegedly involved in making illegal appointments.
ON Raina, who was posted as Joint Director Poultry, had appointed Bodh Raj on November 11, 1996 without following the procedure and in gross violation of Government orders whereby the recruitment of any post was banned by the Government. Similarly BL Sharma the then Chief Animal Husbandry Officer Udhampur had appointed Raghubir on November 11, 1996 in gross violations of Government orders.
Special Judge Anticorruption, after hearing both the sides, framed charges against both the accused u/s 5(2) of J&K PC Act 2006 and directed for trial of the accused persons. JNF |
