Akhand Yoga Kendra holds its 21st one day workshop on the topic “behavior management” in which people from all walks of life participated. Speaking on the occasion, founder of the Kendra, Dr. Anil Vassishth said that the life a precious gift from the god to the man kind and required to interact with different people and same has been taught in schools, colleges and universities, by some times even some trivial problems make us wild as the result the human were landed in unpleasant situations like conflicts, clashes an wars.
In order to bring all round development, it is imperative to taught behavior management at all the levels of education especially with some training programmes, drives and campaign. He further unfolds various techniques including Oorja, Niyantri Kriya, Shanti Ayama and Akhand Samadhi to the participants present during the occasion.
Among others who participated during the workshop were Dr. Rashi Abrol, A.R Sagal, Ashwani Goswami and Rakesh Gupta. |
