| CPI-M support coalmine workers strike | | | Early Times Reporter

The regional committees of CPI (M) have supported the agitation of Kalakote coalmine workers, who have not been paid for the last seven months.
As per press release, committee members have urged upon the authority to release their salaries as their families are facing starvation, besides their school going children are not in a position to continue their studies due to non payment of school fee etc.
Addressing the workers of regional secretary of CPI-M, Sham Prasad Kesar said, that Chief Minister and minister concern have slept over the mine workers are on fast into death since April 7. Condition of these is detorating day by day, he said and demanded personal intervention of ministers concern and save precious lives. |
