| Government fails to fight militancy: BJP | | | Jammu, July 06: Bhartiya Janta Party today organized human chain agitation against the anti-people policies of the state and central government and said that it has failed on all fronts including fighting militancy in Jammu and Kashmir.
Speaking on the occasion state president of BJP Dr Nirmal Singh said that the human chain agitation has been launched by the central leadership to aware people of the country against pro-separatist policies adopted followed by the state and UPA government.
He said that after UPA government took over the reins of the country militancy has increased in the state and ultras have unleashed rein of terror in entire state particularly in hilly areas of Jammu. Charging Azad government for its moral deprivation, he said that Mufti regime was corrupt but Azads cabinet is morally corrupt.
On working groups he aid that BJP will not be part of the group as it has nothing for KP's, eradication of militancy, POK refugees and other issues. He said that government should first give clarification then BJP will think of becoming part of the working group.
In today's program the workers were drawn from all over the state and assembled at Prem nath dogra chowk where from they marched to Mubarak mandi complex.
