The Board also created a post of Accounts Officer and also approved creation of additional four posts of District Managers, 15 Filed Supervisors, 11 Recovery agents, 2 Junior Assistants and one computer operator in a bid to equip the Corporation with adequate manpower.
The matter pertaining to approval of recruitment rules was referred to establishment committee of the Board, which would ratify these after thorough perusal. The Board also confirmed the action taken by Managing Director with regard to regularization of three class- IV posts working on consolidated pay.
Addressing the meeting, the Minister called for speeding up the implementation of all the women oriented empowerment programmes. He said pro-employee decisions taken in today’s meeting should infuse dynamism in the work culture of the Corporations, the impact of which must be felt on ground level.
