| Sales tax employees hold protest | | | Early Times Reporter

To impress upon the state government to remove the pay anomalies in the pay scales of different cadres the sales tax employees held a protest rally here today.
Addressing the employees, president sales tax employees Sawtantar Bakshi criticized the state government for adopting the divide and rule policy among the ministerial cadre and executive cadre. He added that all the employees are the backbone of the department but the government has already removed the pay anomalies of various cadres including teachers, Patwaries, accounts where as the 4th cadre ministerial cadre had been left out and getting step motherly at the hands of state government.
He further urged upon the government to issue on order in this regard to remove the pay anomalies before the ending of current month otherwise the employees would be force to identify their struggle. Among others who were present on the occasion were, Ram Pal Sharma, Sandesh Sharma, Kuljeet Singh, Bua Dutta, Romesh Chander, Anjum Wazir and Shello Ram Kundal. |
