Fourth Punyitithi of Pandit Raghu Nath Koul was observed with great fervour by R.N Memorial trust at Jammu. Mohd. Shafi Pandit, chairman public service function was the chief guest and justice Sunil Hali was the guest of honour. The function was presided by Moti Koul chairman of the trust floral tributes were paid to Koul.
On the occasion, Justice Sunil Hali was felicitated for his outstanding contribution in judiciary, where as the life time achievement award was conferred to Shyam Koul, a Sr. Journalist Theaward for outstanding work in was given to Krishen Cangoo and Kavi Rattan for outstanding work in poetry and drama. Others who were given award include Theem Hali Zaffar, Veer Ji Bhat, P.L Raina, R.K Pandita and Prof. G.K Muju for their contribution in their respective fields. Vote of thanks was presented by Avtar Koul and proceedings were conducted by P.K Raina. |
