Kranti Dal in a meeting held under the chairmanship of its President Anan Sharma has complimented Dr. Karan Singh for fulfilling the aspirations of Jammuites by installing a full size statue of late Maharaja Gulab Singh at the entrance of SMGS Hospital here.
Appreciating Dr Karan Singh for this gesture, Kranti Dal demanded installation of statues of late Maharaja at every crossing in Jammu city to exhibit the glory of Great Maharaja.
Addressing the meeting Kranti Dal also demanded that Jammu University and Bagh-e-Bahu Bridge should be named as Maharaja Gulab Singh University and Maharaja Gulab Singh Setu which could be a great tribute to late Maharaja.
