| Class-IV employees organize rally | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Apr 17 The ousted class fourth employees of Excise and Commercial Taxes on Thursday organized a rally to press their demand of reabsorbing them in respective department. The protest rally commenced from Press club and after marching through different markets of city concluded at Wazarat road. The Protestants were shouting anti government slogans to press their demand for reabsorbing in the department. Addressing the protestants, President Jammu and Kashmir Excise and Commercial Taxes C-IV Ousted Employees Association, Adil Rashid Khan said that they have been protesting since last fifteen months for re-absorption but nothing has been done in this regard even after the Chief Minister's assurances. He demanded the re-absorption of ousted employees without any further delay as their families were starving for want of food. |
