| Himalayan Parivar holds peace rally | | | Early Times Reporter

While expressing serious concern over the continuous human rights violation in Tibet by the Chinese government the Himalayan Parivar in order to express their sympathies with the Tibetans held a peace rally here today.
The rally was led by Veena Handa chairman of the HP while Yudhvir Sethi was the chief guest during the rally. Speaking on the occasion, Sethi said that China is violating the international norms of human rights by targeting to Tibetans in the peaceful land of Tibet. He further urged upon the government of India to interfere in the said matter so that the innocent Tibetans would be save from martial law of Chinese government. Among others who spoke on the occasion were, Veenra Handa and Ramesh Hagloo. |
