| SS demands installation of martyrs’ statues | | | Early Times Reporter

In order to discuss the issue for the installation of the statues of freedom fighters at Jewel Chowk, which is renowed as Sardar Bhagat Singh Chowk a meeting of the Sangram Sena (SS) was held here today.
The meet was held under the chairmanship of Ram Rattan Raina, president SS. Speaking on the occasion, Raina said that the freedom fighters and martyrs like Raj Guru, .Sukhdev and Bhagat Singh had laid their life for the freedom of the country so it is the responsibility of the authorities to install their statues at an appropriate place. He urged upon the chief minister and concerned authorities to install their statues at the Sardar Bhagat Singh Chowk. |
