Addressing one day convention of Kashmiri migrants at Bantalab, Jammu on Sunday Senior NC leader and ex- MLC, Shamima Firdous said that the present coalition government has adopted a callous and discriminatory attitude towards the Kashmiri migrants residing at various places across Jammu. Expressing concern over the pathetic condition of the Kashmiri Migrants who are forced to live in various dwellings, Shamima Firdous said it is very unfortunate on part of the present coalition government which claims to have done a lot in improving the condition of migrants but at the ground level there is nothing. "The coalition government is feeding the people on hollow and emotional slogans which people can understand well," she said adding that Jammu and Kashmir has not seen such an inefficient, corrupt government in its history. She said that as the elections are fast approaching the political parties have started championing the cause of this community in exile, adding "They will again come to you and try to project themselves as the champion for your cause", |
