| Several youth join YNC | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Apr 20 A large number of youths from Congress and BJP joined Youth National Conference (YNC) under the leadership of Surinder Singh Bunty, joined the Youth National Conference party at a function here today. Former Minister and Senior Vice President Harbans Singh was the chief guest on the occasion while Qazi Jalal-ud-Din, provincial secretary and Ram Paul, former minister and Chairman SC/BC cell were the special guests. Welcoming the new entrants into the party fold, Harbans Singh urged to be united in order to root out the present corrupt coalition regime. He alleged that the government has utterly failed to come up to the expectations of the people of the state. It has failed to fulfill the aspirations of the unemployed youth of the state and back tracked from its promise of proving job in each family. He said the NC is the only premier political party in the state which has a strong base in all the three regions of the state and believes in equitable development of all the three regions and is committed for the welfare of the people of the state. Speaking on the occasion, Surinder Singh Bunty, provincial president YNC said large number of youth from Jammu province is going to join NC in the coming days as they believe that only NC has a strong and visionary leadership that can rid the state of growing corruption, regionalism and communalism. |
