| Election acid test for Jammuties, Arora | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Apr 23 ‘Describing election as a process of war of ideology, commitment and convention and the people have to choose between good and the bad’, the BJP spokesperson Ashok Arora in a statement today said the people have to distinguish between the foe and a friend. ‘Time has come when we have to choose between disintegration line of PDP-NC and Congress or to integration of state favoured by BJP. We have to decide whether we have future in withdrawal of all amendments in constitution and all laws and have to go back in 1953 position or move ahead with the changing laws and growth, the BJP spokesperson said. He said ‘we have to decide whether demilitarization, dual currency and joint power sharing formula in acceptable to us for our future’ or BJP’s claim of total unification with removal of discrimination is good. Whether we want to elect a government which can’t control price hike or have to support candidates of BJP who can control such unwanted burden’, he said. This is test case for Jammu and Kashmir people in which they have to decide whether they want to favour and form a government, which wants to favour militants and their families or persons and forces who have fought against militancy and laid their lives, he said. BJP stands for total accessions and instrument of accession was signed by Maharaj Hari Singh, was same as that signed by other rulers. Hence we feel accession is irrevocable and complete, Arora added. We are in a process of deciding our future and future of our children. Whether we have to support a chief Minister who does not want that Afzal Guru be hanged and want to vote to power the Congress Party which says on affidavit “Ram was never born” and the party which is Kashmir centric only. BJP have the solution to all problems and people should realize that if we will miss the bus this time we not get time to correct many our mistake. BJP is the only ray of hope and this message should be carried to workers. The time BJP will be a major force in J&K and will fight for the unity and integrity for which it stands far, the statement added. |
