| CEC conducts day long inspections in Leh | | | Early Times Reporter

In view of the approaching farming season and to ensure smooth supply of water to irrigational fields of farmers, the Chief Executive Councilor, LAHDC, Chering Dorje conducted a day long inspections of headworks of Khuls of Leh from Gangless to skara today.
As per press release, the CEC inspected the Rs. 75 lacs cost water reservoir at Gangless which is under progress at present. He strongly urged for speedy work on this project as this project would considerably mitigate the water problems of the farmers. Others who accompany the CEC include Tsering Narboo Lampa, M.K. Bhandari, DC Leh, Ali Raza project Director and others. |
