With six seats J&K may not decide the future of Modi
4/15/2019 11:44:33 PM
Jammu and Kashmir with six Lok Sabha seats may not bee able to decide the future of the Government.Whether the Modi led NDA will regain power or Rahul Gandhi is to gain back power ?If any states is going to determine the new Government at the centre it will be from UP,which has 80 Lok Sabha seats, followed by Maharashtra which has 48 seats and West Bengal which has 42 seats. It is ther fate of UP and Bihar with 40 seats may ultimately decide which will lead the central Government. MP,Kerala and Karnatka with 29 seats,20 seats and 29 seats respectively may turn the tide in case of a tight schedule. This way Jammu a nd Kashmir has Limited options for deciding whether Rahul will regain power and Moldi iks to get back power.
Yes,Jammu and Kashmir has its own importance. The three giants are in the field, the PDP,the National Conference and the Congress it may give an idea whether the state Government is to be a coalition between the Congress and the NC or thbe NC may secure absolute majority to form the Government in the state.
Yes, even if the BJP performs the achievement which it did in 2014still nither the PDP nor the NC nor the Congress will forge an alli ance for the purpose of formation of a coalition Government. It is so because the coalition Government between the PDP and the BJP which lasted for four years proved disastrous and its performanceWas zero.
Politicians whether belonging to the Congress, the PDP and the National Conference are awaiting the final decision of Modi,in case he retutned to power whether he would abrogate Article 370 and Article 35-A.If he does Kashmir will be on fire. If he does not do it will feel ashamed of his promises and plans.
Another ticklish issue is his commitment to rebuild Ram Mandir. If he does not fulfill his mission and promises he will lose the support of people. If he revokes Article 370 and Article 35-A he may lose the support of people in Kashmir and not from the region of Jammu.and this way Modi may invite anger from Kashmir but support from rest of the nation.
