Expressing sympathies with the effected families these leaders demanded immediate relief and rehabilitation for the fire victims, They said the government should immediately provide relief of Rs. 1 lakh to each affected family and measures be also taken to rehabilitate the fire victims on war footing on the pattern of Bounjwan and Margi fire victims. They also impressed upon the state government to provide free specialized medical treatment for those who have been injured in this fire incident and six months free ration and other essential commodities to the effected families. The village is located in far flung and remote area having no communication link and the poor villagers are out on roads without any roof on their head thus making the situation very grave. NC leaders also appealed the Red Cross Society and other NGOs to come forward and help the fire victims who really deserve the same at this hour. |
