One Over Ground Worker, affiliated with Jaish-e-Mohammed, was apprehended by SOG Jammu, on Akhnoor road today during a special Naka.
The arrested OWG has been identified as Mohammed Arif s/o Anayat Hussain r/o Narol Mendhar.
A poster of Jaish-e-Mohammed, letters of Dawood, Divisional Commander of Jaish-e-Mohammed of Mendhar area and some other incriminating material was recovered from the possession of the apprehended OGW.
He has been booked under Unlawful Activities Act in case FIR No. 68/08 of P/S Nowabad. He is being interrogated to know more details about his involvement, the reports said. |
