| Govt should allow use of multi-currencies in state: JKPF | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | May 3 In order to provide a fillip to the trade in the troubled torn state, the Jammu and Kashmir People Front (JKPF) has urged upon the government to allow the usage of multi-currencies in the state. Addressing a press conference here today, President, Satish Poonchi said that the idea of the Former Chief Minister, Mufti Sayeed was too short that he only demand to allow the use of dual currency. He further added that there is need to allow the use of various currencies including the currency of China, Afghanistan and Pakistan, as the state is striving hard for the peace, prosperity and development. While terming the relief package announced by the Prime Minister a cruel Joke, he said that since the POK refugees are the worst affected and long sufferers and in order to provide them some relief the PM has announced a hefty relief for the Kashmiri migrants, who are already getting everything free of cost from the government. He further alleged that the Jammu University authorities are misusing their offices as the university has become a center of the Kashmiri activities and is also flouting all the norms by recruiting the kashmiri under the orders of the higher authorities. He also demanded a CBI enquiry into all the recruitments being made by the JU authorities from last three years. |
