A meeting of Congress Sewa Dal was held here today under the chairmanship of Gh. Hassan Dar.
Khurshid Ahmed Misgar, State Secy In charge of Districts Ramban ,Poonch, Doda, Udhumpur , Kathua and Rajouri was present as an observer to oversee the proceedings of the meeting. The members resolved in the meeting that the campaigning for the forthcoming state elections should be started at earliest.
Sewa Dal leaders urged upon the grass-root workers of the Congress Party to create awareness among the people about the role and achievements’ of the Congress led government.
The position of Bashir Ah. Wani was reasserted as Secy and In Charge Reasi. Others present on the occasion included Krishan Chand Kotwal, Distt. Gen Secy., Showkat Mir, Vice President., Tek Chand V/president., Chuni Lal, Secy., AB. Quoom Khan , Jarnail Singh, Sr. leader and Kewal Singh. |
