| Natrang artist gets SNA award | | | Early Times Reporter
Jammu | May 5
Sanjeev Gupta, an artist of Natrang has been conferred the Sangeet Natak Akadami’s Bismillah Khan Yuva Puruskar for his outstanding contribution in theatre direction. The award carries a citation, a shawl and a purse of twenty five thousand rupees. Sanjeev is the first Jammuite to have this honour and second in the state after Abay Rustam Sopari, who received the award last year. The award was presented by chairman of the Sangeet Natak Akadami, Ram Niwas Mirda at function held at New Delhi. |
