| National seminar on Pakistan- past, present, future | | | Early Times Reporter

A Forum of experts constituting Army officers, bureaucrats, Lecturers and Ambassadors were present as guest speakers to deliver their expert views on various issues related to a seminar organized by Army’s 16 Corps and the Centre for Strategic and Regional Studies, Jammu University.
Professor Amitabh Matto, VC Jammu University inaugurated the seminar and Lt Gen RK Karwal, GOC 16 Corps delivered the Key Note Address at “General Zorawar Singh” auditorium. Lt Gen PC Bhardwaj, Army Commander Northern Command was the Chief Guest.
In his key note address General Officer Commanding 16 Corps emphasized on the changing world scenario which has witnessed emergence of various power centres and the role of India due to its rising economic status and military power in the new world order. |
