This direction has been passed in contempt petition filed by Lachman Singh and 14 other former employees of SRTC seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for willful and deliberate disobedience of directions passed on November 10, 2005 in writ petitions. Justice Nirmal Singh, after hearing Adv Shahzad Azeem for the petitioner and Adv R Koul for the respondents, observed that the statement of facts has not been filed.
