Reasi, May 3: Zonal Level Inter school competition in the age group of U-14/17 in Boys section was inaugurated in the Zorawar Singh Sports Complex Reasi in the discipline of Volleyball , Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Wrestling. In the competition 309 boys drawn from various schools of Reasi Zone was participated in this competiton. Romesh Chander Mishra, District Youth Services & Sports Officer Reasi was the chief Guest on the Occasion. Speaking on the occasion, he boosted the morale of the participants and also aware them about the various scheme beneficial for the sportsmen.
The tournament is being organised as a part of Annual Sports calender by District Youth Services & Sports Officer Reasi under the overall supervision of Dr Saleem ur Rehman, Director General Youth Services and Sports J&K.
Later Chiter Lekhka , ZPEO Reasi, presented the vote of thanks.
The matches were officiated by Jagdev Singh, Naresh Kumar, Rakesh Sharma, Ajay Wadhera, Goutam Koundal, Avinash, Shamim Akhter
In Volleyball (U-17 ), Final, HSS Katra beat HS Nomain by 2-0 pts. The set scores were 25-17,25-20.
In Volleyball (U-14) Final, Amba Kids Panthal beat HS Kambal Danga by 2-0 pts. The set scores were 26-24,25-19.
In Kabaddi(U-17) Final, HS Nomain lost to TSN Reasi by 14 pts. The scores were 06-20.
In Kabaddi(U-14), TSN Reasi beat HS Kambal danga by 2 pts. The Scores were 11-9.
In Kho-Kho(U-17) Final, HSS Panthal beat HS Nomain by 03 pts. The Scores were 20-17.
In Kho-Kho(U-14) Final, Amba Kids Panthal beat HS Kambal Danga by 05 pts. The Scores were 8-3. |
