| DCC plans functions on Nehru, Rajiv death anniversaries | | | Early Times Reporter

A meeting of office bearers of Dist Congress Committee Jammu Urban was held under the leadership of Om Chopra, wherein decision was taken to organize function to give homage to Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru and Rajiv Gandhi on their death anniversaries. It was also resolved that block presidents would constitute ward level committees and booth level committees keeping in view the ensuing elections. The achievements of Govt would be disseminated at the grass root and accordingly block committees and ward committees are geared up to make rapport with the people.
Om Chopra exhorted up to the all the office bearers to make all out efforts to ensure the victory of Congress candidates. |
