| Bhim urges Sonia to dissolve JKPCC | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | May 7 Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) chairman Prof. Bhim Singh has demanded resignation of the Speaker Tara Chand and former PCC president Peerzada Mohd. Sayeed from the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, for fair and independent inquiry into the Srinagar Sex Scandal in which they were allegedly involved. Singh also urged UPA chairperson and All India Congress Committee (AICC) president Sonia Gandhi to dissolve Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) and elect new team. “Let each Congress leader contest the forthcoming polls on his own as it is the only way for cleansing the Congress in the state, the JKNPP chairman said in a press statement. This he said was the only way for the purification of the Congress in J&K which has been stinking in mud and marshes for ever since its formation in 1964. He reminded Mrs. Sonia Gandhi that most of the leadership in the PCC was creation of the anti-national political agenda of the National Conference. That is the reason that the local leadership has been engaged in loot and corruption least caring for the aspirations and political agenda of the people of the different regions of the State. |
